Amphilochios Miltos, La doctrine de la collégialité épiscopale vue par les théologiens orthodoxes.
Résumé : Ayant rappelé l’intérêt que le Concile Vatican II a suscité dans le monde orthodoxe, l’article se focalise sur la réception et l’évaluation par les théologiens orthodoxes de la doctrine de la collégialité épiscopale, considérée comme le pas principal du Concile vers l’orthodoxie. Pour les théologiens orthodoxes, la collégialité n’est pas équivalente à la notion de la synodalité épiscopale. Leur critique concerne notamment la dépendance du corps épiscopal à la papauté, la compréhension de l’apostolicité et le rôle de l’Église locale.
Abstract : Having recalled the interest in the Orthodox world stimulated by the Second Vatican Council, the article focuses on the way in which Orthodox theologians received and evaluated the doctrine of episcopal collegiality, which was considered the primary step toward Orthodoxy taken by the Council… For the Orthodox, collegiality is not the same as the concept of episcopal synodality. Their critique mainly concerns the dependance of the corps of bishops upon the papacy, the way apostolicity is understood, and the role of the local Church.

Résumé : Cet article présente des extraits du journal d’un moine bénédictin français qui, mobilisé sur le front d’Orient à la fin de la Première Guerre mondiale, entra en contact avec le futur patriarche Athénagoras, alors diacre, à Salonique. Le compte rendu de la dizaine de rencontres des deux hommes évoque les divers sujets sur lesquels ils échangèrent : l’organisation ecclésiale, le ministère, le mariage, la séparation des Églises.
Abstract : This article presents excerpts from the diary of a French Benedictine monk who, having been sent to the Eastern Front at the end of World War I, encountered the future patriarch, the then deacon Athenagoras, in Salonica. It recounts the ten or so meetings between the two, as well as the various subjects discussed : ecclesial organization, ministry, marriage, the division of the Churches.

Résumé : En s’appuyant sur les documents d’archive, cette étude présente l’organisation et le bref fonctionnement d’une école monastique, mise en place par le patriarche orthodoxe Justinien Marina, dans un monastère prestigieux au moment de l’instauration de la République populaire de Roumanie.
Abstract : Based upon archival documents, this study shows how a monastic school, set up by Orthodox Patriarch Justina Marina in a prestigious monastery at the time when the Popular Republic of Romania was established, was organized and briefly functioned.
