Une lecture du document luthéro-catholique américain Une déclaration en chemin
Résumé : Après avoir replacé le document américain luthéro-catholique dans l’histoire du dialogue entre les deux confessions, l’auteur analyse sa méthodologie, qui semble présupposer celle du consensus différencié sans pour autant l’exposer, puis la démarche qu’il propose pour parvenir à l’unité, en invitant les autorités à recevoir les 32 accords présentés, et enfin les obstacles qui peuvent se dresser sur le chemin de sa réception.
Abstract : Having reinserted the American Lutheran-Catholic document into the history of the dialogue between the two Churches, the author analyzes its methodology, which seems to assume that of the differentiated consensus without pointing it out, and then the steps which he proposes for arriving at unity by inviting the authorities to accept the 32 agreements presented, and finally the obstacles which might arise over the course of the reception process.
