La synergie entre la grâce divine et la liberté de l’homme selon Maxime le Confesseur
Résumé : L’auteur entend reconsidérer à nouveaux frais les applications anthropologiques de la christologie dyothélites de Maxime le Confesseur. Après avoir rappelé le contexte du combat qu’il a mené au VIIe siècle, l’article expose sa conception de la grâce divine inscrite dans la création comme volonté divine, puis celle de l’homme créé pour la synergie par sa volonté, avant de montrer comment le Mystère du Christ est gage de la synergie, et de traiter des conséquences anthropologiques de la christologie dyothélite de ce Père.
Abstract : The author aims to revisit the anthropological applications of the dyothelitical christology of Maximus the Confessor. After establishing the context for the battle he waged during the VIIth century, the article reveals his conception of divine grace inscribed in the Creation as divine will, and his conception of man created for synergy by his will before showing how the mystery of Christ is a sign of synergy and considering the anthropological consequences of the dyothelitical christology of this Church Father.
