La Tradition : baptistes et catholiques en dialogue
Résumé : Après avoir rappelé la genèse laborieuse du dialogue catholique – baptiste, l’auteur analyse les points d’accord et de divergence sur le rapport entre Écriture et Tradition dans le document « La Parole de Dieu dans la vie de l’Église », publié par ce dialogue en 2010, puis il montre comment un courant dit « baptiste catholique » ouvre des perspectives prometteuses pour l’unité en cherchant à réintégrer la Tradition dans la théologie baptiste.
Abstract : After recalling the laborious genesis of Catholic-Baptist dialogue, the author analyzes the points of agreement and of divergence on the relationship between Scripture and Tradition in the document “The Word of God in the Life of the Church”, published by this dialogue in 2010. Then it shows how a current called “Catholic Baptist” opens up promising perspectives for unity by seeking to reintegrate Tradition into Baptist theology.
