Le dialogue luthérien – orthodoxe de 2004 à 2014
Résumé : Complétant ses analyses antérieures, l’auteur présente le travail de plusieurs conversations luthéro-orthodoxes (au niveau mondial, en Finlande, en Allemagne et en Europe), puis il propose quelques remarques concernant l’avenir de ce dialogue, opposant la radicalité de la critique du libéralisme occidental par le patriarcat de Moscou et la nécessité pour les théologiens de conjuguer modernité et tradition, avant de faire état de quelques études importantes publiées récemment sur ces conversations.
Abstract : Building on and further developing his previous analyses, the author details the progress of several lutheran-orthodox conversations (on a global level, in Finland, Germany and in Europe), and articulates a number of observations regarding the future of this dialogue, opposing the Patriarchate of Moscow’s radical criticism of western liberalism to the need for theologians to combine modernity and tradition before outlining several crucial studies devoted to these conversations.
