L’Église évangélique luthérienne de Finlande et son évolution
Résumé : Après avoir rappelé quelques étapes du desserrement des liens entre cette Église avec l’État finlandais, l’auteur tente de préciser comment elle conjugue une théologie d’Église populaire traditionnelle et une ecclésiologie sacramentelle de communion, marquée par les recherches sur Luther en Finlande et illustrée par la Déclaration commune de Porvoo. Il conclut en montrant comment elle cherche à répondre aux défis contemporains.
Abstract : The various stages of the loosening of the links between the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland and the Finnish State are set out in this article, before moving on to detail how the church today holds together a traditional “folk” church theology with a sacramental ecclesiology of communion, marked by research in Finland on Luther and using examples from the Porvoo declaration. The conclusion includes reflections on how the Church seeks to respond to contemporary challenges is offered in conclusion.
